Working Principle
The ultrasonic buttonhole machine converts electrical energy into high-frequency alternating current signals through an ultrasonic generator, driving the ultrasonic transducer to work. The ultrasonic transducer converts the input electrical power into mechanical power (ultrasonic waves), which is then transmitted to the ultrasonic welding head. The ultrasonic welding head couples the ultrasonic waves generated by the transducer to the fabric to be processed, and through high-frequency vibration, it locally melts the fabric, thereby achieving the cutting and production of buttonholes.
