  • Q: How long does it take to get a response after we send you an inquiry?

    We will respond to you within 12 hours of receiving your weekday inquiry.

  • Q: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We have two companies, a trading company and a production and processing plant. Also, we have our own international trade department. We produce and sell our own products.

  • Q: What products can you provide?

    We mainly produce ultrasonic lace machines, welding machines, slitting machines, slicers, compound machines and other ultrasonic equipment.

  • Q: What are the main application areas of your products?

    Our products are mainly used in home textiles, embossing, cutting, welding and sewing on clothing, welding of auto parts, medical and sanitary products, welding and sewing of packaging bags, cutting of cakes and foods, etc.

  • Q: Can you make customized products?

    Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products according to the process requirements or samples provided by customers.

  • Q: Do you produce standard parts?

    Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some ultrasonic lace machines, ultrasonic spot welding machines, ultrasonic welding machines, ultrasonic compound machines, etc. which are mainly used for clothing packaging bags and small accessories.

  • Q: What is your company's production capacity?

    At our facility, we pride ourselves on having a dedicated component machining center, coupled with expert mold-making capabilities. Our team is backed by a robust research and development division, ensuring that our production staff is equipped with the latest technologies and methodologies to deliver high-quality products.

  • Q: How does your company ensure product quality?

    We will perform the corresponding check after each process. For the final finished product, we will carry out inspections in accordance with customer requirements and international standards. We have professional technicians who track and inspect the whole process.

  • Q: What is the method of payment?

    When quoting, we will confirm the method of transaction with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or otherwise. For mass production, we usually pay a 30 percent upfront fee and then ship the goods after video or factory inspection. Most of our payment methods are T/T and, of course, L/C is acceptable.

  • Q: How are the goods delivered to customers?

    Usually we ship by sea. If the customer does not specify the port, we ship by sea. It is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also ship standardized products by air. Shanghai International Airport is very close to us.

  • Q: What if the customer does not know how to operate the equipment when it arrives?

    1. Detailed Equipment Setup and Testing: At the time of dispatch, we meticulously document the entire process of setting up and testing each client's equipment. This detailed recording captures every aspect of the operation, ensuring that our clients receive a comprehensive understanding of their device's functionality.

    2. Illustrated User Manuals: To further assist our clients, we provide them with well-crafted, visually enhanced operation manuals. These manuals are designed to be user-friendly, offering step-by-step guidance complemented by clear illustrations, making the learning process intuitive and straightforward.

    3. Core Operation Tutorials: Recognizing that visual aids can significantly enhance the troubleshooting process, we offer core operation detail videos. These videos are crafted to guide clients through the essential steps, empowering them to resolve any issues they may encounter with confidence and ease.

    4. On-Site Support Upon Request: We understand that sometimes, personal assistance is invaluable. Therefore, we are more than willing to provide on-site support and setup services for our clients who prefer a hands-on approach to equipment configuration and optimization.
