Ultrasonic precision cutting
·Working principle: Using high-frequency ultrasonic vibration, the ultrasonic blade (wear-resistant, good thermal conductivity) and 15kHz ultrasonic oscillator are vibrated at high frequency to achieve non melting edge, no burrs, no loose edges, yellow edge and hot edge cutting (can cut straight lines and lace)
·Adaptive control: PLC control system, servo motor driven conveying of fabric and precise adjustable cutting size;
Automatic folding system
·Mechanism design: Adopting a combination of "drum+pressure plate" conveyor for feeding, the mechanical gripper is used to stack and fold the fabric on both sides, and the folding quantity can be freely set
·Folding logic:
Step 1: After feeding, the infrared sensor detects that the towel is transferred to the mechanical gripper for automatic stacking and overlapping
Step 2: After the fabric is transported to the folding board, the infrared sensor receives a signal and the folding control system performs folding control
Step 3: After folding is completed, transfer the towel to the folding station through a conveyor belt
