Automated Operation
Replacing traditional needle-and-thread methods, the system is fully automated with centralized PLC control. All actions are completed in sequence, reducing manual labor and improving efficiency.
Tension-Controlled Unwinding
The air-expanding shaft is tension-controlled by a dedicated motor, allowing stable material feeding.
Automatic Edge Correction
An auto-correction system ensures consistent material alignment, reducing error rates and enhancing cutting precision while maintaining energy efficiency.
Adjustable Cutting Mechanism
The machine supports linear rail-guided vertical cutting and stable high-speed cross-cutting. The finished fabric edges are clean and free of fraying, with customizable width options.
Customizable Blade Options
Based on customer needs, single-blade cross-cutting can be configured to improve efficiency for larger-size products.
Two-Blade System
The two-blade setup includes an electrical cabinet, main slitting and cross-cutting unit, and a compact footprint. The fabric is fed from the top, moving directly from upper rollers to the vertical blades above the cross-cut section. This shorter process path is ideal for elastic materials, as it minimizes stretch and distortion.
Each cross-cutting blade is independently mounted, making it easier to adjust or remove based on product size requirements. The distance between the upper and lower blades can be adjusted up to 800mm. The reverse-rotation clamping roller helps materials fall cleanly without catching on rollers.
Three-Blade System
This version does not feature an external electrical cabinet and requires a larger installation area. Fabric is fed from below, and the slitting section operates as an independent unit. Each ultrasonic blade set corresponds vertically, simplifying alignment and size adjustment.
After slitting, a movable bar transmits signals to trigger cross-cutting. Cross-cutting blades are aligned on a shared panel, with each knife’s stroke limited by design. While unused blades can be removed, operation of the base plate remains unified. Using fewer blades may introduce slight imbalances, so two-blade systems are preferred for larger product sizes.
Vertical blades in the three-blade version are not recommended to be positioned above the cross-cutting section. Doing so would significantly increase the machine’s height, affecting stability, ease of maintenance, and logistics—especially for installations on upper floors or through narrow access points.
Minimum Cross-Cut Size: 20 × 20 cm
Minimum Slitting Size: 15 × 15 cm
The four-blade version follows the same working principle as the three-blade, with only a slightly increased overall height.
This ultrasonic slitting and cross-cutting machine delivers precise results, customizable flexibility, and stable performance—making it a reliable solution for modern textile manufacturing environments.
